Practice Version of SQL Server 2K?

Hi everyone,
Is there a version of MS SQL Server 2000 upon which one can practice writing code? I want to do so on my personal PC at home. Thanks.

I have seen that in one of the T-SQL texts but is that it? Isn't there one you can use indefinitely?

ddave|||You can use MSDE aswell which is free, (developer engine) but it doesn't come with any kind of IDE so you're basically in need of something like enterprise manager or something...|||umm...what's wrong with the $49.00US Developer Edition?

It's a full blown Enterprise Edition for a local client...
