Besides Internet Explorer, you could also use the Outlook Express. From the
menu OE, choose 'Tools'->'Account' , in the 'News' tab, click 'Add' then
select 'news'. Then follow the other steps of the wizard.
the News(NNTP) Server is : msnews.microsoft.com
